Otterly Mindful

Between November 2022 and April 2023, I worked with the heritage learning team at MonLife to research, write, illustrate and design a nature and wellbeing family pack, for early years children. Through research into nature exploration, well-being and early child development, I wrote and illustrated a series of mindfulness activities for families visiting Monmouthshire heritage site, Old Station, Tintern. The pack, provided in an illustrated tote bag - including an egg timer, single hole punch, colouring pencils and drawing paper - is available for nursery groups and families visiting the site.
